EUROPE: Standard delivery fee to Europe - 9 EUR. Minimum order to Europe is 30 EUR. Free delivery for orders over 100 EUR.

LATVIA: Standard delivery in Latvia to Omniva or DPD - 3 EUR. For orders over 30 EUR - Free delivery. 

BALTICS: Delivery to Lithuania & Estonia to Omniva - 6 EUR

Terms & Conditions

The seller of the goods offered in this Internet shop on the one hand,hereinafter referred to as Salesperson, and the person carrying out the order, hereinafter

referred to as “Buyer”, on the other hand, shall conclude the following Agreement:

The seller undertakes to sell and supply to Buyer the goods, according to the Purchase Order.

Procedures for Supply and Payment

The purchaser orders the goods through this home page, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The buyer has the option to pay for the item by using the Payment Tools provided by page owner or paying an invoice prepared by the seller and sent to the customer by e-mail. The invoice shall be prepared electronically and shall be valid without signature.

The seller shall ensure the delivery of the goods within 20 days of receipt of payment for the item.

Returns

The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item by sending a letter of return to the Salesperson. The Salesperson shall send the Return Form to the Buyer by e-mail at the request of the Buyer.

The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Salesperson within 7 days of sending the letter of Return. All costs incurred in connection with the return of the item to the Salesperson shall be paid by the Buyer.

The buyer may not return the goods if:

  • the goods are open;
  • the ordered goods cannot, by their nature, be returned;
  • the ordered goods are manufactured directly to the Purchaser as an individual order;
  • the purchaser has opened an audio recording or video recording or a computer program packaging.

Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that  “the consumer shall be responsible for the preservation of the quality and safety of the product during the term of using the  right of returnl”. The seller reserves the right of the purchaser to refuse to use his right of withdrawal or to withhold a refund fee in case the goods have been damaged by careless treatment of the goods during use or not following instructions, if the original packaging of the goods has been lost or if the packaging of the goods has been significantly damaged.

Data Processing

When entering the necessary information when creating an order, the Buyer shall confirm that he has met and agrees that the data provided by him is used to enable the Salesperson to accept the Purchaser's order and to deliver the goods in accordance with the legislative requirements of the LR. When entering the information. The Buyer agrees that he will receive notices related to the handling of the  Order to the specified e-mail.
